Activity Three: Monti’s Music Time
The purpose of this activity is to learn about the sound of “top C” *.
Explain to your students that, in this episode, Mario fails to strike the top C*. Have them watch the segment in which Monti explains the term "top C" and shows the sounds it makes when played by different instruments (flute, violin, piano and human voice) and where it falls in the staff.
