Steps for Learning - Activity One: What happened in the Story?

The purpose of this activity is to help students retell the plot line of the episode "The Bear is Loose."

1. Give each student a copy of the Comprehension Checker. For K-2 students, complete as a class; for older students, have the students complete the handout independently.

2. Divide the class into groups of four students. Ask each group to write a paragraph describing the key events in the episode "The Bear is Loose."
